Beauty & Performance 2025 - National Coursing Competition (CACL)

The following breeds can participate in the competition: FCI Group X, FCI Group V breeds: Pharaoh Hound and Ibizan Hound, Canary Island Hound, Sicilian Hound, Basenji and FCI Group VI breed: Rhodesian Ridgeback.

In the competition, dogs will compete for LV CACL and LV VCACL candidate certificates, the “Beauty & Performance 2025” title (greyhound breeds only), and the field winner award.

Dogs that have participated in the specialized greyhound breed show on 10.05.2025 will be eligible for the title of «Beauty & Performance 2025».

Due to circumstances beyond the control of the Latvian Greyhound and Coursing Club, the FCI Group 5 dog show is scheduled for the same day as the National Coursing Competition. As a result, Basenjis will not be able to compete for the "Beauty & Performance" title this year.

Field for the track: natural meadow

Track length: 500-800 meters

Event program

Registration and veterinary checks start at 09:00

Race starts at 10:00

(Time may be adjusted depending on the number of dogs registered.)

Arrive for registration and veterinary inspection at the scheduled time! Registration and veterinary inspection will not be carried out after the scheduled time, therefore the dog does not participate in the races or participates only after the competition judges decide to allow the dog to be registered for the competition and undergo veterinary inspection after the scheduled time.

Attach a LKKK member, associate member or other LKF club card and a payment order or letter of guarantee to the application.

Dogs whose owners live in Latvia must be registered in the Agricultural Data Center database by the time of application.
