How to become a club member?
For members
Member bonuses – to be with greyhound breed lovers, to do breeding work through the LKKK, to participate in exhibitions, coursing training and competitions organized by the LKKK for a reduced fee, to participate in seminars and other events organized by the LKKK, as well as to participate in the LKKK TOP of the year. To become a member of the association «Latvian Greyhound and Coursing Club», you must love and respect greyhound dogs. Then you must fill out an application (the application form can be downloaded here, below the text). The application can be submitted in person to the association’s address at Elijas Street 21, Riga, LV-1050, by prior arrangement, or it can be sent to the e-mail address kurti@kurti.lv. The board will consider the application at the nearest board meeting and after making a decision will contact you by sending a confirmation or other information to your e-mail. The entry fee is 15.00 euros, from now on the annual membership fee is 25.00 euros (to be paid by March 1 of each year). Association «Latvian Greyhound and Course Club» Reg. For associate members
Associate member bonuses – participate in coursing training and competitions organized by the Latvian Canine Federation for a reduced fee, participate in seminars and other events organized by the Latvian Canine Federation, as well as participate in the LKKK TOP coursing of the year. YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO DO PEDIGREE WORK THROUGH THE LKKK! To become an associate member of the association «Latvian Greyhound and Cursing Club», you must be the owner of a Basenji or Rhodesian Ridgeback breed dog, be a full member of one of the clubs that are part of the Latvian Cynological Federation. Then you must fill out an application (the application form can be downloaded here, below the text). The application can be submitted in person to the association’s address: Elijas Street 21, Riga, LV-1050, by prior arrangement, or it can be sent to the e-mail address kurti@kurti.lv. The board will consider the application at the next board meeting and after making a decision, you will be contacted by sending a confirmation or other information to your e-mail. For foreign members
Foreign member bonuses – participate in exhibitions, coursing training and competitions organized by the Latvian Hound Club for a reduced fee, participate in seminars and other events organized by the Latvian Hound Club, as well as participate in the Latvian Hound Club’s annual TOP. YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO DO BREEDING THROUGH THE Latvian Hound Club! To become a foreign member of the Latvian Hound Club, you must be a member of the national organization of your country that is part of the FCI. Then you must fill out an application (application form). The application can be submitted in person to the association’s address at Elijas Street 21, Riga, LV-1050, by prior arrangement, or it can be sent to the e-mail address kurti@kurti.lv. The board will consider the application at the nearest board meeting and after making a decision will contact you by sending a confirmation or other information to your e-mail.
