NB! The organizers of the exhibition keep the right to change the judge if necessary.

Entry Fee

Champions of the LSCC entry fee EUR 13 all time of the registration.

Competitions (pair competition, breeder's group) – EUR 15 ; veterans older than 10 years – FREE of charge all time of the registration.

Limit of the participants per one judge – 100 dogs .

*Baby, puppy, veteran class and LKKK CH dogs cannot be the first dog and do not receive discounts like the second, third, etc. dog.

*Babies, puppies, veterans and champions of the LSCC cannot be entered as the first dog and cannot get the discount as the next dogs.

We would like to inform you that photography and filming will take place during the event. By attending the event, you confirm that you are informed that you may be photographed or filmed and that photos with your image may be posted on the website of the association "Latvijas kurtu un kursinga klubs" (Latvian hound and coursing club) kurti.lv or on the social network Facebook.

If you are attending an event we are organizing (which also includes photography) and do not wish to be photographed, please inform us in advance. We will evaluate each case and try to respect your wishes as much as possible. Please note that we are not obliged to delete images in which you cannot be directly identified.

ONLINE REGISTRATION ONLY

• The catalog will be available on the day of the exhibition 2 hours before the start of the exhibition only in ONLINE format! You will be able to receive your participant numbers on the day of the exhibition at the registration desk an hour before the start of the exhibition.

• Dogs whose owners live in Latvia must be registered in the LDC database www.ldc.gov.lv at the time of the show. Dogs that are not in the LDC database at the time of the check will not be entered into the catalog and will not be able to participate in the show.

• Sick, rabid dogs and dogs with deformities, as well as bitches during lactation, are not allowed to participate in the exhibition! If a dog becomes ill before the first day of the exhibition, 75% of the participation fee will be returned to the participant. To receive it, it is necessary to receive an official veterinary certificate on a form with a veterinarian's signature and stamp, and by the first day of the exhibition, the certificate must be sent to the e-mail: kurti@kurti.lv or presented to the exhibition secretariat by the end of the exhibition.

• An application may be withdrawn in writing before the end of the registration period. In such a case, the exhibition management is entitled to withhold up to 10% of the paid participation fee for processing the application.

• All the entered dogs must be clinically healthy. The dog must have a veterinary passport with a valid vaccination against rabies. All dogs should have an ID number (microchip).

• Sick, aggressive, maimed dogs, and lactating bitches cannot participate in the show! If a dog becomes ill before the first day of the show, the exhibitor can receive back 75% of the entry fee if he presents or sends an official veterinary certificate issued before the first day of the show to the organizers of the show before the show or until the end of the dog show.

• An ONLINE CATALOG will be available 2 hours before the show! You will receive your exhibitor number upon arrival at the dog show, on-site at the registration desk.
